Day 1: Arrival – Algiers

• Arrive in Algiers, transfer to hotel. Explore the Botanical Garden with 3,000 plant species, Museum of Fine Arts, and Villa Abdellatif. Ride the funicular to Maqqam Shaheed, visit the Independence Museum, and stroll the colonial boulevards. Dinner: traditional Rechta algéroise.

Day 2: Algiers

• Walk the Casbah, UNESCO-listed, and visit old mosques, palaces, the Calligraphy Museum, and Ketchaoua Mosque. Sunset from Notre-Dame d’Afrique.

Day 3: Algiers – Tipasa – Cherchell – Algiers

• Visit Tipasa archaeological site (UNESCO), Mausoleum of Mauretania. Lunch by the sea. Afternoon: Cherchell’s amphitheater, forum, and archaeological museum with mosaics and sculptures. Return to Algiers.

Day 4: Algiers – Oran

• Travel to Oran. City tour: Sacré-Cœur Cathedral, Place du 1er Novembre, Théâtre-Opéra, and Hôtel de Ville. Evening stroll in Kristel district. Lunch: fresh seafood.

Day 5: Oran

• Explore Old Town: Rozalcazar, Donjons rouges, Palais du Bey, Santa-Cruz Fort for sunset, and Yves Saint-Laurent childhood residence. Optional funicular ride and city views.

Day 6: Oran – Tlemcen

• Travel to Tlemcen. Stop at Eiffel bridge, visit Beni Add Ain Fezza caves. Explore Sidi Boumediène Mosque, Mansourah citadel, and Palais du Méchouar. Sunset from Lalla Setti plateau. Dinner of local specialties.

Day 7: Tlemcen – Naama

• Journey southward to Sahara. Hike in Ain Ouarka, explore Ksar du Boussemghoun and surrounding landscapes. Dinner: traditional cuisine.

Day 8: Naama – Taghit

• Arrive in Taghit oasis, explore palmeraie, ruins of Ksar de Berbi, traditional tea tasting, and 4×4 tour to rock engravings.

Day 9: Taghit – Beni-Abbès

• Explore Taghit market. Kayak on oasis waters. Travel to Beni-Abbès, “white oasis” for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Beni-Abbès – Timimoun

• Explore Timimoun’s red ochre architecture, ksours, and dunes. Sunset on Aghlad dunes. Traditional tea and evening with Touareg music.

Day 11: Timimoun

• Visit Ouled Said village, learn about ancient foggara irrigation system, desert excursion in Tassili with 4×4, observing desert wildlife and flora.

Day 12: Timimoun – Algiers

• Flight to Algiers. Visit Ketchaoua Mosque, stroll Basse Casbah market, explore city center and Sacré-Cœur Cathedral.

Day 13: Algiers – Departure

• Transfer to airport according to flight schedule.
